West Banbury Cottages
A new and welcoming group of cottages on the Devon/Cornwall border, for people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, such as Autism. West Banbury Cottages is unlike any other care home. We offer all the benefits of supported living in a safe and secure home environment. West Banbury offers our clients sociable living as part of a community with on site swimming pool, local amenities and many outdoor pursuits such as walking, horse riding and cycling. Yet our clients can return to their own cottages for those times when peace and quiet and a bit of me time are needed.
Our 12 individual cottages are situated in five acres of beautiful land on the edge of the village of Broadwoodwidger in Devon, which is within easy reach of the wide range of services and attractions that Devon and Cornwall have to offer.
For every need
Being situated close to the Devon/Cornwall border, with easy access to the A30, we are ideally positioned to take advantage of the wide range of attractions that both counties have to offer. Local activities include horse riding, sailing, ten-pin bowling and trips to the cinema – and there are many local restaurants for eating out. The local market town of Launceston offers a wide range of shops and services to meet the needs of those living at West Banbury.
